Reservation Policy

All reservations require a deposit be paid.

The person responsible for the reservation must :

  • be one of the people booked in and staying in the apartment
  • be over 20 years of age
  • hold a valid Master Card or Visa Card and provide details of this on arrival
  • pay accommodation cost on arrival
  • take responsibility for any costs associated with the reservation

Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation of any guest(s) where this policy is not observed.
